This past weekend I was in Aspen,CO for the second annual Summit for Life snowshoe race up the hill to raise awareness for the American Transplant Foundation. I was a pleasure to meet Olympic snowboarder and local Aspenite Chris Klug. It was as much fun as it was work. Between lighting conditions, dumping snow, and busting my butt up the hill I can say that it was the most fun I've had on an assignment in a long time. If you get a chance check out www.chrisklug.com to find out all about him. He had a liver transplant several years ago and continues to raise awareness all while training for the next winter Olympics in Brittish Columbia.
