There is so much to say about these two amazing high school kids. Their story begins several weeks ago when a car struck both of them at night while they were attempting to change their tire. The result, they both lost their legs below the knees. It turns out that they are also very active and big participants in their high school's wrestling and football teams. They are recovering as well as can be expected. It's truely an inspiring story. I hope to follow them more for a longer term look into their lives as they are fitted with prosethtic legs. They made their first appearance at a local 4A wrestling tournament this past weekend and decided to do what high schoolers do best, goof off. Good luck to them on their new journey.
